SprayOk is a mechanical device developed to facilitate washing the spray solution circuit, being highly versatile. It can be installed on any model or brand of sprayer, without the need for electrical installations or specialized labor, with installation quickly and without the need for tools.
How does SprayOk® work?
With the spraying of the machine activated in test mode, and pressure above 6.5Bar (95psi or 650kPa), the SprayOk® self-cleaning mechanism is activated, allowing the liquid that is under pressure to pass from the inside of the system to the outside, which achieves high speed and flow. In this way, it causes the transport of all impurities, solidifications and decantations of syrup embedded inside the system, resulting in the rapid cleaning of the filter itself and the other components of the circuit, such as the inside of nozzle holders, connections and ducts, sealing rings, anti-drip valves, shut-off valves, etc., without the need for any disassembly of parts.
